Caribbean recipes made with Nerpy's sauces and seasonings, from weeknight jerk chicken to holiday jerk turkey. Every recipe here was developed in our kitchen with our wet seasoning pastes, BBQ sauce and hot sauces, made in Ontario with Scotch bonnets from our family farm in Jamaica. Jerk Paste Recipes

Our jerk is a wet paste and marinade with Scotch bonnet, pimento, thyme, green onion and tamarind. Rub it on, marinate at least 2 hours (overnight is best), then grill, roast or smoke.

One Drop Green Seasoning Recipes

One Drop is a bright Caribbean herb paste with green onion, parsley, spearmint, garlic and green Scotch bonnet. Use it as a marinade, stir it into pasta like a pesto, or spoon it over fish.
