Food-service size of Nerpy's Award-Winning Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. The same all-natural wet jerk paste and marinade as our 250ml retail jar, packed in a 4kg pail for restaurants, caterers, wing houses and other food-service kitchens.

Made in Richmond Hill, Ontario with Scotch bonnets from our own farm in Jamaica, pimento (allspice), thyme, green onion and tamarind. No artificial preservatives, no MSG, no food colouring. Gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients: Vinegar, Scotch bonnet peppers, green onion, tomato paste, onion, sea salt, molasses, BBQ sauce, red rum, approved spices, tamarind paste, soy sauce, cane sugar, water.
